AMHERST – Amherst Skating Club skaters excelled at the provincial championships held in New Glasgow at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.

The Results are as follows:

Olivia Pulsifer – 2nd place in Star 6 (silver medal)

Savanah Cobbett – 1st in Pre-Juvenile, Under-11 (gold medal)

Rachel MacDiarmid – 2nd in Star 5 Under 10 free skate (silver medal), and 3rd in Star 5 elements (bronze medal)

Eve Scott – 5th in Star 4, Under 10 free skate, and 1st in Star 4 elements (gold medal)

Isabel Brownell – 6th in Star 4 Under-10 free skate, and 2nd in Star 4 elements (silver medal)

Olivia Doucet – Silver ribbon in Star 3 free skate
