‘Tis the season to be jolly! With all the hustle and bustle with the holiday season don’t forget to be active.

All trails, green spaces and parks are open for activity. If the cooler weather is slowing you down a little take advantage of our walking track at the Amherst Stadium. It’s open daily on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends for special times.

If walking is not your thing, strap the blades on and take advantage of our many programmed skates. All skating times are listed on www.amherst.ca and or on a handout on the information table at the Amherst Stadium.

Holiday Schedule!!!

Please note, that the Amherst Stadium will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We are in the process of finalizing our holiday skating schedule. Be sure to stay tuned to our Facebook Page and website for further details. Also, with the winter weather coming take advantage of our lending program and borrow a pair of snowshoes.

Come visit us at the stadium for more information or call 902 667 6500.
