OXFORD – The 3rd annual Darren ‘Pugs’ Wood Memorial Tournament finished on Saturday with the Fenwick Fury edging the Oxford Colts 5-4.

Money raised at the hockey tournament goes towards two bursaries at the Oxford Regional Education Centre.

"This year, between the hockey tournament, donations and the dance, we raised $2400 dollars and are giving out two $1100 bursaries,” said Cole Wood, who along with his wife Jessie, and friends and volunteers, have hosted the tournament for the past three years.

“We are very happy with the turn out and want to thank everyone who came out for the weekend and supported us,” added Wood.
