SHEDIAC, N.B. — SHEDIAC, N.B. – Fundy Under-15 boy’s earned a spot in the Eastern Soccer League finals on Wednesday night with a 5-0 win over Shediac.
Liam Teed recorded the shutout in goal for Fundy with Sam Harrison, Nick Lawrence, Nick Gottschalk, Grayson Cann and Nolan Starratt each scoring once.
The team played one of the best games of the year with great passing/communication and teamwork.
Teed was solid when tested,but wasn't very busy because of the defensive play of Wyatt Macdonald with Grayson Cann, Sam Barnes and John Adams.
The midfield was lead by Conor Barrett with Nolan Starratt, Nick Lawrence, Nick Gottschalk and Ethan Bragg.
Strikers were Cade Mosher, Sam Harrison and Luke Allen.
The championship game of the league will be played on Monday in Riverview.
