AMHERST, N.S. – Lauren Furlong led the Amherst Regional High School Vikings with 24 points in their 65-56 win over the Oxford Regional Education Centre Golden Bears Saturday afternoon at ARHS.

The two teams met in the championship game of the four-team tournament, and Furlong was followed Kelsey Boudreau with 12 points, Emma Mattinson with nine points, Danaka Hussey with six points, Olivia Scott with five, Emily Bacon with three points, and Kennedy Hyatt, Maddison Weir, and Julia Crawford with two points each.

Katy Baker led Oxford with 22 points, Brianna Warwick with 16 points, Gracie Woodland with six, Railyn Cann with four points, Maddie Baker and Rachel Galbraith with three each, and Madeline Mattinson with two points.
