Born in Springhill he was the son of the late H. Tupper and Irene (Webb) Fife. He had an accomplished career in the Canadian Armed Forces for 39 years (The Black Watch, The Royal Canadian Regiment, and The Nova Scotia Highlanders ); He is survived by Starr Moore, Portapique and Karen ( MacDonald ) Fife; Oromocto, N. B, son, H. Angus (Joan); Lakelands Cumberland County, Daughter Karen( Dan) McGee, Son Col. John (Darlene) Fife; both of Oromocto, N. B.; Sisters Verlie Mcleod (George) Amherst; Sherma Terrio (James) Sackville. N.B. Grandchildren, Phillip, Michelle (Fife), Kenda (Charles) Cloutier, Ryan (Chris) McGee, Colleen (Shannon) McCully, H. Jake (Tori) Fife, Shona (Randy) Yorke, special friends, PJ (Marley) Moore, Travis(Kendal) Moore. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-8 at Smiths funeral home Parrsboro where a celebration of life will be held Wednesday at 2 pm. Burial in New Canaan Cemetery.
