Katherine R. Durling

Katherine R. Durling dies at 101 years. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Katherine Rose Durling at the wonderful age of 101! Katherine passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 in Woodstock, N.B. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was born in Benton on June 17, 1917. She is survived by her sons, Russell (Marian), Malagash; Paul (Joan), Pennfield, N.B.; Harry (Margo), Regina, Sask.; and daughter, Linda (Ken) Stairs, Richmond Corner, N.B.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry; three sisters and four brothers. Celebration of Life will be today in Scott Funeral Home, Woodstock at 3 p.m. with visitation from 1-3 p.m. Committal will be in Upper Meductic Cemetery.
