Harold M Ayer

Harold M. Ayer, age 76, of Lakelands passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at High-Crest Nursing Home, Springhill. Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late Wyman and Mabel (Henwood) Ayer. Harold was a retired farmer having worked with Hanna Farms for more than 52 years. He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Hunter; a sister, Margaret Milton (Norris), Hillsborough, N.B.; Earl (Ada), Fenwick; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Glen and Loman. Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday [February 21, 2018], Rev.
