Cape Breton police asking for help to locate teenage girl from Amherst

SYDNEY, N.S. — Cape Breton Regional Police are trying to locate a teenage girl from Amherst who has recently been residing in New Waterford.

Police were contacted when 16-year-old Sierra Fulton did not return to her current place of residence as expected. She left for a walk at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Fulton was wearing flip flop sandals, grey jogging pants and a black hooded sweatshirt. She is described as 5-4” with short, brown hair. Police want to speak directly to Fulton to confirm her whereabouts and safety.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 902-563-5151 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
