Blanchard to serve 90 days in jail

Travis William Blanchard, 25, of Amherst, was sentenced to 90 days custody, fined $200, and handed 12-months probation after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana, and a count of assault.

The incidents occurred May 5, 2017, and Feb. 16, 2017, respectively, in Amherst.

 

Gallagher fined $100

Jeffery Wade Gallagher, 46, was handed a conditional discharge, 12 months probation, and fined $100 after pleading guilty to unlawfully possessing methamphetamine.

The incident occurred Nov. 18, 2015, Amherst.

 

Cook loses driving privileges

Scott Gullon Cook, 25, of Wallace, was handed a 12-month driving prohibition, and fined $1,690 after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration in excess of .08 per cent.

The incident occurred Aug. 26, 2017, in East Wallace.

 

Estabrooks pleads guilty

Krystle Leann May Estabrooks, 32, of Oxford, was handed a conditional discharge, six-months probation, and ordered to pay $100 restitution after pleading guilty to breaching a recognizance to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The incident occurred June 10, 2017, in Oxford.

 

Pellerin handed conditional sentence, probation

Karen Lula Pellerin, 52, of Amherst, was handed a 180-day conditional sentence, followed by 12-months probation, fined $100 and ordered to provide a DNA sample after pleading guilty to assault.

The incident occurred May 31, 2017, in Amherst.
