Arsenault fined $400
Catlin Andrew Arsenault, 32, of Amherst, was handed a four-month conditional sentence, followed by 12 months probation and a $300 fine after pleading guilty to assault, breaching a no-contact order, and breaching an undertaking to not be within 10-mteres of a specific address.
The incidents occurred May 31, 2017, in Amherst.
Arsenault was also fined a further $100 after pleading guilty to assault.

Gilbert sentenced to time served
Karla Meaghan Gilbert, 30, of Amherst, was sentenced to time served – 48 days at time-and-a-half for a total of 72 days – and 12 months probation after pleading guilty to chares of assault on Apr. 9, 2016 and again July 12, 2016; theft on Nov. 17, 2016; theft Jun 14, 2017; breaching a undertaking between July 6 and July 7, 2017; failing to attend court and breaching an undertaking to appear in court Aug. 3, 2017.

Savoie fined $1,300
Joesph Gille Savoie, 51, of Dieppe, N.B., was fined $1,300 and handed a 12-month driving prohibition after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration in excess of .08 per cent.
The incident occurred May 4, 2017, in Little Forks.
