Lines to be sentenced in Dec.
Bobbi Jo Lines, 37, of Amherst, will return to court Dec. 18, for sentencing, after pleading guilty to one count of uttering a death threat.

Nutall fined $100
Robert Leslie Nutall, 39, of Advocate Harbour, was handed a conditional discharge, six months probation and fined $100 after pleading guilty to a count of assault.
