Hopkins fined $300
Devon Sam Allan Hopkins, 25, of Amherst, was handed a four-month conditional sentence, 12 months probation, fined $300, ordered to provide a DNA sample and given a five-year weapons prohibition after pleading guilty to charges of assault, breaching a no-contact order and breaching a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Jessica Dawn Mackenzie, 35, of Truro, was handed a suspended sentence, 12 months probation, ordered to provide a DNA sample, and fined $100 after pleading guilty to break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
