AMHERST, N.S. – The Cumberland Business Information Series continues for the month of April and May in Parrsboro, Joggins, Wentworth, and Pugwash.

The information series is for anybody interested in starting their own business, business owners looking for workers, and anybody interested in accessing programs that can provide business resources.

An overview of programs will be provided, followed by networking, and light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

The information sessions are hosted the following Wednesdays by the Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC), Cumberland Business Connector, Nova Scotia Works, and NSCC Cumberland.

The series is at the following dates and locations:

April 24 in Amherst – At the Credit Union Business Innovation Centre from 12 to 2 p.m.

May 1 in Parrsboro – At the Fundy Geological Museum from 12 to 2 p.m.

May 8 in Joggins – At the Joggins Fossil Centre from 4 to 6 p.m.

May 15 in Wentworth – At the Wentworth Learning Centre from 4 to 6 p.m.

May 22 in Pugwash – At the Peace Hall at 14 Victoria St. from 6 to 8 p.m.
