Shortly after her 85th birthday on April 3, world-renowned animal researcher and environmentalist Dr. Jane Goodall is appearing at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium in Halifax on Tuesday, April 9 at 7 p.m.

The dedicated primatologist and anthropologist who began her groundbreaking research with wild chimpanzees in 1960 will share her new presentation Jane at 85: Reasons for Hope. Through her appearances, Goodall raises the environmental issues that endanger wildlife around the planet, but also shares hope that we are moving toward solutions to these problems through consumer action, lifestyle change and activism.

Tickets for Jane at 85: Reasons for Hope — An Evening With Jane Goodall are available at the Dal Arts Centre box office or by phone at 902-494-3820. Ticket prices range from $65 to $92, depending on seating, to $230 for a special VIP Meet & Greet opportunity.
