Dartmouth-based Steele Auto Group has acquired TriStar Mercedes-Benz, with locations in Saint John and Dieppe, N.B.
Steele management indicated in a news release it doesn’t intend to reinvent the wheel but there are some innovations it has been testing in other markets. For example, the plan is to include real-time video updates to customers from the service technician while a vehicle is being repaired.
Steele Auto Group operates 39 auto dealerships, two Powerhouse Equipment stores and eight collision centres in the Atlantic region.
