A 69-year-old man was found deceased inside this house in West Brook on Thursday afternoon after the Southampton Fire Department and EHS responded to a 911 call at 1:18 p.m., from a female who said a house was on fire. The fire was contained inside the house and investigators were on the scene last night trying to determine the cause of the fire. Identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. Dave Mathieson Amherst Daily News
