Cumberland/Colchester Colts lose three games over weekend

SPRINGHILL – The Cumberland/Colchester Colts were outscored 35-5 in three games over the weekend.

On Friday they were home at the Richard Calder Arena in Springhill to host the Avon River Rats, a game they lost 8-2.

Ryan Bishop and Jeremie Duguay both scored one goal for the Colts, and Dylan Albright, Jamie Melanson and Jacey LeBlanc had one assist each.

The Colts were outshot 51-33.

Riley Girouard and Brady Rushton played in net for the Colts.

On Saturday the Colts were in Spryfield to face off against the Attack. They lost 13-0 and were outshot 63-26.

The Colts hosted the Eastern Shore Thunder Sunday afternoon in Springhill, losing 14-3.

Anthony Cormier-Gardner scored two goals for the Colts, and Dylan Stephens scored one goal and one assist.

Chandler MacKinnon, Duguay and Melanson had one helper each.

The Colts are on the road this weekend. They are in Spryfield Saturday and play the River Rats Sunday.
