Further, I was fortunate to see Walt Jones’ play about Confederation; it is absolutely brilliant and brilliant in more ways than its message, since it is so easily presented without a great deal of staging required. The message is how our Confederation in 1867 happened, and it is a terrific history lesson and should be presented in our schools each year for the education of our young people.

I firmly support Walt Jones’ idea that the Sir Charles Tupper House on East Victoria Street, and his idea of how to use it, would be a great benefit to the town.
