Clifford Michael Clarke

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Clifford Michael Clarke, age 76, of Amherst. Clifford passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. Born in Baie Verte, NL, he was a son of the late Peter and Angela (Head) Clarke. Clifford loved his family and enjoyed spoiling them, especially his daughter. He loved his dog, Sandy. To his grand kids he will always be " Paboo". He is survived by his daughter Roxanne (Frank) Barber of Amherst; 2 Grandchildren Chris of Ontario and Cora of Amherst; sisters Lucy Pittman of AB, Phyllis Hewlett , Fill Dwyer both of Ontario. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Aloysius and Bill, both of Newfoundland. Arrangements have been entrusted to Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS (902-667-8777). Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
