Great weather draws great crowds to Ski Wentworth

WENTWORTH, N.S. – Thousands of people took in the Fall Festival of Colours at Ski Wentworth Saturday and Sunday.

Many rode the chairlift up to the top of hill and walked down, while others walked up and down on their own power.

There were also guided hikes, a barbecue, a petting zoo, a horse ride, a haystack playground, and an inflatable castle.

The petting zoo was busy all day long on Saturday.

Two-year-old Georgia Rushton had fun on a haystack on Saturday while her dad Jody watched. She jumped off the haystack and into his arms several times. They live in Beaver Bank, N.S.
A long lineup awaited people getting onto the chairlift on Saturday.
These three, especially the young fellow, were very happy to take a ride on the chairlift on Saturday.
