Berry sentencing in September

Fallon Amber Berry, 31, of Fraserville, will return to court Sept. 10, for sentencing after pleading guilty to stealing a bank card and stealing a credit card.
The incidents occurred between Aug. 20, 2017, and Sept 17, 2017, in Advocate Harbour.

Burke pleads guilty

Michelle Jamie McPherson Burke, 30, of Pugwash, received a suspended sentence, 12 months probation and ordered to pay a total of $166.65 in restitution after pleading guilty to four counts of stealing gasoline between Jan. 2, 2018, and Apr. 12, 2018.

The incidents occurred in Pugwash, Amherst Shore and West Amherst. 

Dwyer handed probation

Sanford Timothy Dwyer, 54, of Maccan, was handed nine-months probation after pleading guilty to unlawfully producing marijuana.

The incident occurred Aug. 24, 2017, in Athol.
