Davidson pleads guilty
Chelsea Constance Davidson, 23, of Springhill, will return to court June 4, for sentencing after pleading guilty to assaulting a peace officer.
The incident occurred July 23, 2017, in Springhill.
Johnson loses driving privileges
Caleb Austin Johnson, 19, of Oxford Junction, was handed nine months probation, fined $1,200 and prohibited from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to operating a motor-vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration in excess of .08 per cent.

Lake sentenced on multiple charges
Shane Robert Lake, 2, of no fixed address, was handed a suspended sentence, 18 months probation and fined $100 after failing to comply with a court order to register with the Sex Offenders Information Registry Act between Aug. 13, 2014, and Oct. 23, 2014.
Lake was also handed similar sentence for breaching a probation order to attend counselling as directed by a probation officer.
That incident occurred between Sept. 12, 2014 and Nov. 20, 2014, in Amherst.
Lake was handed a further 30-day conditional sentence and fiend a further $300 after pleading guilty to breaching a probation order to abide by a curfew on Apr. 6, 2015; failing to attend court on July 11, 2016; and failing to attend court again on Dec. 5, 2016.
Those incidents also occurred in Amherst.
Ryan pleads guilty
Corey Devon Ryan, 25 of Amherst, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and fined $200 after pleading guilty to charges of uttering a threat to burn property on Mar. 19, 2017, and a count of assault stemming from an incident between Mar. 6 and Mar. 16, 217.
The incidents occurred in Amherst.
Ryan was also sentenced to a conditional discharge, 30-days probation and fined $300 after pleading guilty to charges of breaching an undertaking to abstain from alcohol on Mar. 23, 2017; again on Oct. 29, 2017; and a charge of failing to attend court on Nov. 29, 2017.
Those incidents also occurred in Amherst.
Smith fined $1,300
Patricia Jone Darlene Smith, 38, of Amherst, was fined $1,300 and prohibited from driving for one-year after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration in excess of .08 per cent.
