Kenneth Ryan, 24, of 17 Davison St., Amherst, was sentenced to a conditional discharge, 12 months probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service, and fined $100, after pleading guilty to a count of committing an indictable offence following a break and enter.

The incident occurred March 25, 2016, in Fenwick.
