P.E.I. family wins $50,000 prize in baby contest
NEW GLASGOW, P.E.I. – While it may have been Father’s Day, a P.E.I. mother received the surprise of a lifetime this weekend.
Amherst - In her first run at politics, Cumberland North MLA and Progressive Conservative Elizabeth Smith-McCrossin has been named to a high-profile critic responsibility with the Official Opposition to the Liberal Government.
eThe Nova Scotia Progressive Conservatives leader announced June 19 Smith-McCrossin will be the official critic to the office of the Minister of Health and Wellness, who saw Liberal MLA Randy Delorey installed as the department’s minister just last week.
