Brayley sent to jail

Tyler Barry Brayley, 24, of Springhill, was sentenced to 60 days custody, less 10 days for time served, after pleading guilty to breaching a recognizance to abide by a house arrest, abstain from alcohol and intoxicating substances and obstructing a peace officer.

The incidents occurred Dec. 30, 2016, in Springhill.

 

Bryan fined $100

Cory Wesley Richard Bryan, 22, of Springhill, was handed a nine-month suspended sentence and fined $100 after pleading guilty to a count of assault.

The incident occurred Sept. 9, 2016, in Springhill.

 

St. Croix jailed for 30 days

Earl Stanley St. Croix, 35, of Amherst, was handed 30 days custody and fined $100 after pleading guilty to breaching a probation order to abide by a curfew.

The incident occurred Apr. 20, 2016, in Amherst.

St. Croix was also handed 30 days custody after pleading guilty to a count of theft.

That incident occurred Dec. 20, 2013, in Moncton, N.B.
