Highway traffic reduced to one lane near Thompson Station

WENTWORTH – Westbound traffic on Highway 104 approximately 20 km west of Thompson Station is reduced to one lane.

Road repair is taking place in one lane traffic, reduce speed and expect delay. Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal will be conducting road work on a 3.6 Km section of TCH 104 westbound lanes approximately 2 Km West of the overpass at Exit 5.Work will include cold milling and paving of the road surface. A speed reduction to 80 Kmh is in effect for this area.Work is expected to take place 6 a.m to 9 p.m., Monday to Saturday weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to use caution.
