Police asking for public’s help locating missing man, vehicle found at Halifax-area beach

HALIFAX - Halifax police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 62-year-old man.

Police say Wallace Brennan was last heard from at 11 a.m. Wednesday. A couple of hours later, police say his vehicle was found at Crystal Crescent Beach but there have been no sightings of him.

Wallace is described as being about 5’8, 175 pounds with short grey hair and beard. He was last seen wearing glasses, a beige leather bomber-style jacket, a button-up shirt, blue jeans, black leather dress shoes and a black rimless baseball hat.

In a release, police say they are concerned for his well being but don’t believe he’s been met with foul play.
