3 to 4 p.m. Mother’s Day program at Oxford Library for Grades Primary to 6. Make a card and a present for mom. Call 447-2440 for more information or to register.

Open Mic at the Hall

7 p.m. at the Parrsboro Citizens Hall. Donations appreciated, 50/50, door prize, canteen available.

Pot Luck Supper, Cards, Crokinole

6 p.m. at the Sunsrise Seniors Hall, Lower Shinimicas. Bring your favourite food and your own dishes.

Book Sale sat the Fling

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Amherst Lioness Club will be holding its annual book sale at the Amherst Curling Club. Please call Lioness Bonnie Curry at 667-1589 or Lioness Shirley LeBlanc at 667-8848 for pickup of books you wish to donate. Proceeds support the Highland Fling.

Plant Sale for Pugwash CIB
