Keddy pleads guilty to committing assault, breach of probation

AMHERST – Devan Andrew Keddy, 22, of Junction Road Springhill, pleaded guilty in court on Monday to committing assault on a peace officer engaged in the execution of his duty, failing without lawful excuse to comply with an order to keep the peace and be of good behavior, and failing to comply with a curfew to be in his residence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. seven days a week.

Keddy will be sentenced Jan. 9, at 1:30 p.m.

The incidents occurred Aug. 12, in Springhill.
