Bayford, LeBlanc given probation for drug charge

Tyler Martin Bayford, 28, and Natasha Elizabeth LeBlanc, 23, of 82 James St., Oxford, were each given a suspended sentence of probation after pleading guilty in February to one count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.

They each have a one-year probationary period with conditions.

The incident occurred Dec. 17, 2009, in Oxford.

 

Oickle pleads guilty to failing to appear in court

James Russell Oickle, 29, of 5707 Highway 204, Little River, was fined a total of $575 after pleading guilty to one count of failing to appear in court to give evidence during a trial.

Oickle was given a $500 fine and $75 surcharge, or eight days in custody, payable by May 31, 2010.

The incident occurred May 10, 2005, in Amherst.
