Baldwin pleads guilty

Laura James Baldwin, 32, of Three Miles Plains, was handed a 12-month driving prohibition and ordered to return to court Apr. 16, 2018, for the remainder of her sentencing following a pre-sentence report and curative discharge application after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration in excess of .08 per cent.

The incident occurred May 17, 2017, in Oxford.

 

Rushton sentenced to 60 days

Chad Nelson Rushton, 40, of Springhill, was sentenced to 60 days concurrent custody after pleading guilty to theft under $5,000 on July 5, 2017, and possession of stolen property on July 7, 2017.

The incidents occurred in Amherst.
