Each fall the Kidney Foundation of Canada launches one of its more important national fundraisers: chocolates.

More than 41,000 Canadian currently receive treatment for chronic kidney failure, while 2.6 million more have kidney-related disorders such as high blood pressure, diabetes and urinary tract infections.
The Kidney Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of people living with kidney disease. Since 1964 the foundation has granted more than $100 million towards kidney-related research.
