Chandler hosting district soccer tournament

AMHERST - E.B. Chandler Junior High will host the Cumberland Junior High District soccer championships today.
In boys action, host E.B. Chandler plays River Hebert at 11 a.m., with Parrsboro meeting Oxford at 12:30 p.m., at the ARHS soccer pitch. The championship game goes at 3:30 p.m.
Girls action begins with the host Cheetahs meeting Oxford at 12:30 p.m., and Parrsboro and Pugwash squaring off at 2 p.m. The championship game goes at 3:30 p.m.
The winners proceed to the Northumberland regionals.
