Vikettes defeat Panthers

AMHERST - The Amherst Regional High School Vikettes beat the Pugwash Panthers by a score of 46-41 last night at ARHS.
Leading the scoring for the Vikettes was Taylor MacDonald with nine points, followed by: Tina Legett, eight, Katelyn Peters, seven, Kelly Cormier, Jenna Embree and Allie Gallagher, each with five, Leah Patterson, three and Meredith Smith with two.
It was Kaitlyn Thompson and Karli Boyd leading the way for the Panthers with seven points apiece, followed by, Bobbi Willigar and Courtney Matthews, each with six, Sydney Pitt and Toni McKellor, each with four and Michella Alkema with three.
