Blues make it 10 wins in a row

TRENTON - The Cumberland County Blues bounced host Pictou County Scotians 6-1 last night for their 10th straight Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League victory, a new team record.
Jesse Colborne and Cody Roach netted two goals apiece, and Seth Crowe and Dave Burke also scored. Jared Wilson picked up three assists. Andrew Court made 41 saves in the Cumberland goal.
On Friday, the Blues won 5-1 in Windsor against the host Royals. Roach, Burke, Crowe, Jared Wilson and Cole Wood did the scoring. Tyler Ferdinand stopped 37 shots to get the win between the pipes.
Cumberland's record improves to 14-2-1-0. The Blues visit the Strait Pirates in Port Hawkesbury this Friday.
