Noggin knowledge: bike rodeo tomorrow at Amherst Stadium

AMHERST - A kick-off celebration and bike rodeo will take place tomorrow at Amherst Stadium to promote the new "Heads Up, Helmets on" program.
The event is designed to educate the public about the importance of wearing a helmet and will begin at 9 a.m.
The day will include a large-scale rodeo and children are encouraged to participate with bikes, rollerblades, scooters and skateboards.
Organizers from the Amherst Police, Wal-Mart and the Amherst Community Development office say there plenty of prizes including a free bicycle for one lucky participant.
