Third black officer alleges discrimination against Halifax police

HALIFAX - A third black officer has filed a human rights complaint against Halifax Regional Police.
Const. Charles Bruce joins Sgt. Robyn Atwell and former officer Lewis Cain in racial-based complaints against the department.
Bruce is a 16-year veteran of the force.
All three complaints allege systemic discrimination within the force.
All three officers have scheduled a news conference for Tuesday.
