MONCTON, N.B. - With more than 40,000 tickets already sold for this year's Magnetic Hill Music Festival, hotels in Moncton, N.B. are preparing for an influx of visitors on the concert weekend.
Hotels say rooms have been booked solid since February, when the concert's lineup leaked out.
The Aug. 2 show will feature the Eagles, John Fogerty, K.T. Tunstall and Sam Roberts.
Even the newest Marriott hotel in Moncton - which isn't scheduled to open until the end of the month - is booked up for the weekend.
Last year's event featuring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill drew an estimated 50,000 people.
A Rolling Stones concert in 2005 attracted an audience of 80,000.
