BRIDGEWATER, N.S. - A father and son who didn't return from a fishing trip in Nova Scotia's Kejimkujik National Park have been found safe and sound.
The two were last seen heading out on Grafton Lake in a homemade boat Monday but didn't return as scheduled.
The RCMP says the 44-year-old man and 11-year-old boy were spotted today on the shore of a park lake.
They were in good condition after hauling their boat ashore and spending the night in the woods.
Members of the North Queens ground search and rescue team were called in to start looking for the fishermen earlier today.
