Skaters in Springhill take to the ice as of Aug. 20

Anyone interested in using the ice at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Centre in Springhill can start lacing their skates for an Aug. 20 opening.

Anyone interested in using the ice at the Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Centre in Springhill can start lacing their skates for an Aug. 20 opening.

Pam Adams, director of the Leisure Services department, says the plant will be turned on this Thursday, Aug. 2, with skating beginning on the 20th.

Anyone interested in booking icetimes can call the community centre at 763-3000.
