AMHERST - The Amherst Ramblers moved into first place in the Bent Division with a dominant victory over the Metro Marauders here on Jan. 28.

Led by a hat trick from Brandon Street, the Ramblers put forth an overwhelming offensive attack that their division rivals had no answer for. Also scoring for Amherst were Jordan Escott, Justin Matthews, Maxime Richard, Trevor Layton and Kody Orr.

Ryan Davis scored the lone Metro goal.

Street scored on Amherst's first two shots of the game, rattling Metro goaltender Chris Clarke early, while Richard Tingley was solid in the Rambler net throughout the penalty-filled contest, which featured several fights in the first period.

Amherst will next see action against the Dieppe Commandos on Jan. 29.
