TRURO - Drew Bezanson is up to his old tricks again.
The 24-year-old Onslow Mountain native laid claim to his fourth title at Simple Session 14 BMX park competition on the weekend in Tallinn, Estonia. Bezanson's run, which he capped with a 270 degree spin down a 40-foot wall drop, earned him 445 points to give him a 22-point cushion over Australia's Logan Martin. Pat Casey, of the United States, rounded out the podium.
Bezanson's title came against some the top park riders in the world such as Pat Casey and two-time Simple Session champion Garrett Reynolds.
Bezanson also won Simple Session titles in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
His victory at the event came just a week after he captured the Baltic Games title in Gdansk, Poland, topping Martin and Britain's Declan Brooks.
