Howe has one goal, three assists; Hornbrook has four helpers

Ramblers goaltender Billy Clarke made 40 stops on 44 shots in Yarmouth Friday night.
YARMOUTH – The Amherst CIBC Wood Gundy Ramblers beat the Yarmouth Mariners 8-4 during Maritime Hockey League action Friday night in Yarmouth.
The Ramblers took a 2-0 lead early in the first period off goals from Daniel Walsh and Shane MacDonald.
Brett Shute and Travis Howe assisted on the Walsh goal, and Bruce Hornbrook and Justin Thomas assisted on the Howe goal.
Yarmouth came back to score three unanswered goals in the first period, and the period ended with the Mariners up 3-2 over the Ramblers.
The second period was all Ramblers. They scored four unanswered goals.
Howe scored with assists rom Brock Morrison and Shute, Thomas scored with assists from Howe and Hornbrook, Nick Cass scored with help from Howe and Davis, and Jamie Bishop scored with assists from Francis Alaire and Hornbrook.
Up 6-3 going into the third, Alaire put the Ramblers up 7-3 at 3:27 into the third period off assists from Hornbrook and Thomas.
Yarmouth scored nine seconds later, and then The Ramblers scored their eighth goal of the night with nine minutes left in the period.
Billy Clarke played in goal for the Ramblers. He made 40 stops on 44 shots, while his teammates had 35 shots on Mariners goalie Anderson Snair and four shots on Mariners goalie Mike MacDonald.
The Ramblers next game is against the Pictou County Weeks Crushers Saturday night at Amherst Stadium.
