Ingraham scores pair as Ramblers defeat West Hants 6-2
The Cumberland County Atom AA Ramblers have moved into second place in the Mainland League standings with a four-game sweep of weekend action.

SPRINGHILL – Ty Ingraham scored two goals as the Cumberland County Amherst Fire Department Ramblers defeated the West Hants Warriors 6-2 in Mainland Atom AA Hockey League action.
The win gave the Ramblers a four-game sweep of league action over the weekend and moved the team into sole possession of second place.
Ethan Casey, Noah Harrison and Cody McKay each scored a goal and an assist for the Ramblers, while Colson Brown also scored.
Ty Beed had two assists and Kyle Hurley added one helper.
Caleb MacAusland and Christopher Brown replied for West Hants.
Earlier Sunday, Harrison had two goals and an assist and Casey and Brown each scored once in a 4-1 win over the Warriors in Oxford.
Madden Miller, Ingraham and McKay each added assists.
Jack Gordon scored for West Hants.
Matthew Hunter scored two goals and Beed had a single goal as the Ramblers nipped the Western Valley Spartans 3-1 in Oxford.
Mackie Connors scored for Western Valley.
Earlier Saturday, Brown’s third period goal proved to be the winner as the Ramblers edged the Spartans 3-2 in Amherst.
Hunter had a goal and two assists for Cumberland County and Beed had a goal and an assist.
Brown had two helpers for Cumberland County and Simon Hurley added one.
Jeremy Parisien and Cameron Pellerine scored for Western Valley.
Last weekend, the Ramblers claimed a banner at the Riverview Christmas Tournament with a 5-1 win over the Petitcodia-Salisbury Flyers.
Harrison had two goals and an assist and Brown two goals while Ingraham also scored.
Cumberland earned a spot in the final with a 5-0 win over the Moncton Flyers with Brown scoring two goals and adding an assist and Hurley scoring two goals.
Beed also scored while Harrison had two assists and Kyle Hurley, Grayson Cann, Jeremiah Martin and Ingraham added assists.
The Ramblers lost the first three games of the tournament against AAA-level teams, losing 9-2 to the Mid-Isle Matrix and 6-0 to the Riverview Blues before dropping a 5-3 decision to Petitcodiac-Salisbury.
Casey had two goals against Mid-Isle with McKay adding both assists and Hunter scoring two goals and Beed adding a third against Petitcodia. Beed, Martin, McKay and Jayden Matheson added assists.
