Honda United’s Lucas Hayes scored on this penalty kick in the last minute of their 7-2 win over Old Boys last night on the ARHS soccer field.

AMHERST – Nick Wolfe led Cumberland Honda United with three goals as they trounced Old Boys 7-2 Sunday night on the Amherst Regional High School soccer pitch.

Greg Gilroy added two goals in the Codiac Senior Soccer League game, and Dakota Donaldson and Lucas Hayes scored one goal each.

“We dominated the entire game,” said Hayes after the game. “We played as a team and everybody got some touches on the ball.”

Honda lost 3-1 to Old Triangle Friday night in Moncton, with Wolfe scoring the lone United goal in the first five minutes of the game.

“We dominated the possession against Old Triangle but we were missing bodies and couldn’t score,” said Hayes.

Honda travels to Moncton on Friday where they will play St. Hubert’s Express at 7 p.m.
