SPRINGHILL – The Cumberland County Minor Hockey Association's Pharmasave tournament has officially opened.

Springhill Mayor Max Snow joined CCMHA president Richard Allen is officially opening the annual house league hockey tournament at the Richard Calder Arena in Springhill on Friday.

The tournament began on Thursday and continues through Sunday with games in Amherst and Springhill.

Action includes play in the atom, peewee, bantam and midget divisions.

The tournament represents the conclusion of the 2012-13 minor hockey season in Cumberland County.
