Turkey Soup Luncheon
The St. Andrew's Wesley United Church in Springhill is hosting a turkey soup luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Contact Barb Moore at 597-8305.

The Amherst library will be showing the movie "Drag Me to Hell" starring Alison Lohman at 7 p.m. Open to Grades 7-12.

Fun Darts
Parrsboro Legion Branch No. 45 is hosting a weekly evening of fun darts, starting at 8:30 p.m. Food bank donations accepted.

Fall Bazaar
The Northport Home and School Association will hold its annual fall bazaar from 8:30 a.m.-noon. Come dressed in costume.
The Amherst Masonic Society will serve breakfast from 8-11 a.m., at the Masonic Temple, 20 Lawrence St.
Prayer Breakfast
A prayer breakfast will be held at Port Greville Baptist Church at 8 a.m. Guest speaker is Bill Hoytink.
Food Drive
The L.A. Animal Shelter will hold a food drive at the Amherst Sobeys from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Items needed include dog and cat food, cat litter, toys, cleaner and garbage bags.
Turkey Burger Sale
Rodney hall's annual turkey burger sale will be held from 10 a.m.-noon. Take-out or eat-in. Call Mary at 597-2677 or 597-2439.
Children ages six and younger and their families are invited to join the Maggie's Place staff at Spring Street Academy from 10 a.m.-noon. Wear your costume. Call 667-7250.

Parrsboro Legion Branch No. 45 will hold a meat draw at 5 p.m.
