Canada World Youth
Canada World Youth welcomes 18 young people from across Canada and Indonesia for their two-and-a-half month stay in Amherst at 4:30 p.m., at town hall.

Fall Bazaar
A fall bazaar will be held at the Amherst 50+ Club, 50 Croft St., from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Meeting
The Nova Scotia Highlanders Association will meet at 8 p.m., at the Armoury. All Highlanders and friends of the battalion welcome.
Fun Darts
Parrsboro Legion Branch No. 45 will hold a weekly evening of fun darts starting at 8:30 p.m. Food bank donations accepted.

Food Drive
Cumberland Y Service Club and Amherst Y's Menettes will hold a door-to-door food drive from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Please leave food bags on your front step if you're not home.
Roast Beef Dinner
A roast beef dinner will be served at Christ Church parish hall at 6 p.m. Tickets available from the church office by calling 667-2415.
Fall Bazaar
A fall bazaar will be held at the Amherst 50+ Club, 50 Croft St., from 9 a.m.-noon.

The seniors annual fall bazaar will be held at the Springhill Senior Citizens Centre, 4 McDougal St., from
10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Older Singles Barbecue
An older singles barbecue will be held at 5 p.m., at Centennial Park in Moncton. Call 506-379-1129.
Shuffleboard & Karaoke
Parrsboro Legion Branch No. 45 will hold an evening of shuffleboard and karaoke, starting at 8:30 p.m.

Hot Turkey Supper
A hot turkey supper will be served in St. Charles Church Hall in Amherst from 4-6 p.m. Take-outs available from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Call 667-7400 to pre-order.
Coffee House
The Salvation Army Springhill Community Church will hold a coffee house from
7-8:15 p.m. Lunch to follow. Free will
offering.

Movie Night
The Amherst library will be showing the 1957 comedy Designing Woman, starring Gregory Peck and Lauren Bacall, at 7 p.m.

Piece by Piece Autism Association will hold its monthly support meeting at 6:30 p.m., at Maggie's Place, 11 Elmwood Dr. Call Elaine at 230-2053.
