Letter writer misinformed about downtown boundaries

To the Editor,

I wish to retract in its entirety my letter titled, Boundaries of downtown Amherst need to be spelled out, published on Thursday, August 20. The information I was given, and on which the letter was based, grossly misrepresented the facts of the matter.

I apologize to everyone affected by the letter.
